The client's goal for the venue, called Game Over, was to give the interior striking elements with unique lighting, while keeping the exterior appearance understated yet eye-catching. Preparations for the project began back in May, so production and installation had to be scheduled in a way that ensured everything would be in place for the late-August–September opening.
For the interior spaces, we manufactured six large-format custom plexiglass-fronted light boxes. The boxes were made with colour-tinted, laser-cut front panels, warm white LED lighting and dimmer controls. The units were produced in fully custom sizes and finishes, so they blend perfectly with the atmosphere and function of the interior.
In addition, 15 pieces of 70×50 cm textile-tension light boxes were produced, with cool white LED backlighting and printed textile front panels. These were placed next to the doors of the escape room's various themed rooms, forming a cohesive system that helps visitors navigate effectively.
For the exterior appearance, the strict streetscape regulations of Újlipótváros had to be taken into account. On the façade we therefore installed understated glass decoration and light box decoration. The street-facing glass surfaces received outdoor laminated vinyl decals, which withstand the elements well and retain their colours over the long term.
The Game Over project is a great example of how interior visuals and exterior appearance can be harmonised so that the brand identity remains consistent, while the execution meets both technical and aesthetic expectations.
Game Over's slogan is: "Work together, think fast, and escape in time." It also aptly describes the attitude that characterises our work. We too work as a team and deliver on time — only for us, instead of "escaping", the goal is the perfect end result.
