The size of the company sign – whether in the capital or in rural settlements – may be a maximum of 2 m˛. The conditions for a company sign larger than this – if the specific location is known – must be agreed upon with the chief architect or the local Architectural and Technical Design Council. IP 67 water protection rating.

Local building regulations, referring to Government Decree No. 224/2011. (X.21.) on the detailed rules for the placement of advertising signs, advertising carriers and other advertising devices alongside public roads, prohibit the installation of signs intended for advertising purposes that flash, cause glare, or contain running lights. Such signs may not be made of reflective materials and must be clearly distinguishable from traffic signs.
