The advertising space rental division of Molino Group is looking for you!

We are looking for an administrative coordinator/assistant to join our team – someone who pulls the strings behind the scenes and ensures that all our campaigns run smoothly.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Supporting the sales team and handling the full administration of campaigns.
  • Preparing contracts, maintaining contact with media partners and printing houses.
  • Tracking billboard and ambient campaigns (posting lists, deadlines).
  • Preparing reports and summaries – so that every number is in its place.

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You have exceptional work capacity and are not intimidated by juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • Precision is your middle name: you have a systematic mindset and meet deadlines.
  • You communicate confidently and courteously with clients.
  • You are self-sufficient, a fast learner, and love having order in your processes.

(A plus if you are familiar with the out-of-home media market or have agency experience!)
