Account Executive

Responsibilities:
- Working under the direction of the Commercial Director and the Sales Representative working alongside them,
- in accordance with their guidance:
- Preparing quote requests for the Sales Representative working alongside you:
- collecting and organising procurement prices
- Independently preparing quotes in accordance with the guidance of the sales representative acting as your superior
- Preparing quotes in the business management system and sending them to Clients
- dispatching them
- Maintaining contact with Clients
- Accurately carrying out administrative tasks related to the work
Our requirements:
- min. secondary education qualification
- experience in sales support / assistant / account roles
- precise, independent and responsible work ethic
- excellent communication skills
- confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Category B driving licence and own vehicle for commuting
Advantageous:
- knowledge and/or experience in digital, wide-format printing
- professional knowledge and/or experience gained at an agency (especially an advertising agency)
