We were delighted to receive our customers' responses to our customer satisfaction survey. The opinions of our partners are important to us, and our goal is to improve in the areas identified in the feedback. We were pleased to learn that 64% of respondents are very satisfied, while 32% are satisfied with the professional expertise, helpfulness, and communication of our staff. 41% of respondents rated our responsiveness to enquiries as very fast, while 14% rated it as fast. 73% of our customers rated the quality of the products made at our company as excellent, while 27% rated it as good. We do everything we can to further improve the swift communication between departments and colleagues.
One important lesson from the encouraging feedback is that, despite continuously growing volumes, we must continue to shorten production lead times.
We intend to meet this need by involving additional expert colleagues, partially reorganising workflows, and continuously improving them.
