After precise data reconciliation, we began the work — we designed, calculated, and inspected the site where the tensioned banner light box would be installed.
During the production of the light box, the internal cross-braces were planned at the same points as agreed with the site manager, so that the joining points would fit perfectly during on-site installation.
The panels of the light unit were sintered to the RAL colour specified by the client.
The RAL colour system is an internationally accepted standard created by the German company RAL GmbH. This system is used throughout Europe. The colour shades designated by RAL codes mean exactly the same thing for every manufacturer, ensuring that the visual identity elements of companies, brands, and brand identities always appear consistently.
The light boxes were fitted with outdoor LED modules, after which our colleagues assembled the sign. Using the scaffolding erected around the hostel, we installed our manufactured outdoor tensioned banner light box easily and seamlessly.
We recommend the tensioned banner light box for larger sizes, over 4 metres in length. The box structure is made of 25×25 mm aluminium closed-section profiles, onto which a special tensioning system is applied. The front panel of the unit is a double-printed, back-lit banner. Tensioned foil light boxes can be produced in single- or double-sided versions, according to the client's requirements.
