The role:
- Daily monitoring, coordination, and optimisation of our clients' ongoing billboard, banner, and other outdoor media campaigns.
- Close collaboration with the designers and account managers responsible for clients, as well as with media partners and graphic designers.
- Outgoing invoicing for running campaigns, precise and fast preparation and tracking of proposals, and administration.
- After-sales and general office/assistant tasks.
Minimum requirements for the candidate:
- Secondary school / College / University degree
- Touch typing (!), extremely fast use of Excel, Word, Internet, Total Commander
- Proactive and creative approach, exceptionally precise work.
- Keeps client satisfaction in mind at all times, has excellent communication skills, and is empathetic.
- Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with outstanding efficiency.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, punctual, seeks out and finds extra work, and resourceful.
- Able to perform well both independently and as part of a team.
- High capacity for workload — not only able to work with reports and figures, but also capable of analysing them and making suggestions for improving campaigns and processes.
- Must be able to commute to the workplace by car!
Additional advantages for the ideal candidate:
- Experience in media buying or advertising space sales
- Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Technical field
- Open and curious about all aspects of outdoor advertising
- Knowledge of English and/or German
- Good technical sense / experience
