Due to the dynamic expansion of Molino Reklámügynökség Kft., we are looking for a Project Manager / Logistics Coordinator for our office in Szentendre.
Responsibilities:
Submitting orders received from the company's sales staff into production, fully coordinating and managing the order workflow through to customer acceptance
Maintaining contact with subcontractors
Sourcing new suppliers
Organising various logistics tasks
Verifying incoming subcontractor invoices
Preparing settlements and ad-hoc reports for senior management
Carrying out administrative tasks related to the work

Our basic requirements for the ideal candidate:
Experience in digital printing / advertising production
Higher education degree
Excellent situational awareness and a true problem-solver
Highly precise, independent and capable of working responsibly
Very strong communication skills
Systems-level thinking
Advanced knowledge of Office and Excel
Holds a driving licence and is able to commute to work by own car
Advantageous:
Ten-finger touch typing
English / German language skills
Higher education degree in commerce / business
