Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Handing over products to incoming clients
- Receiving and checking products delivered to our office by subcontractors, verifying quality and quantity
- Packaging incoming goods for courier services
- Preparing postal letters and parcels, managing the postage book
- Escorting clients arriving for meetings to the meeting room
- Preparing fee requests and invoices
- Ordering office supplies
- Other administrative tasks related to the role
Our basic requirements from the ideal candidate:
- Commuting by own car
- Very precise, independent, and responsible work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Systems-level thinking
- Confident use of Office and Excel
Advantageous:
- Experience in printing and advertising production
- Knowledge of online invoicing software
- Commuting from the Szentendre area
