Account Executive

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Commercial Director and in accordance with the guidance of the Sales Executive working alongside them:
- Preparing quote requests for the Sales Executive they work with, collecting and organising purchase prices
- Independently preparing quotations in accordance with the guidance of the supervising sales executive
- Preparing quotations in the administrative system and sending them to clients
- Maintaining contact with clients
- Precise execution of administrative tasks related to the work
Our requirements:
- minimum secondary education
- experience in sales support / assistant / account roles
- precise, independent, and responsible work ethic
- excellent communication skills
- confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Category B driving licence and own vehicle for commuting
Advantageous:
- knowledge and/or experience in digital and wide-format printing
- professional knowledge and/or experience gained at an agency (especially an advertising agency)
