MOLINO REKLÁMÜGYNÖKSÉG KFT. is looking for a Logistics Assistant / Office Manager for its office in Szentendre. Fixed monthly declared income. (not performance-based work)
Our basic expectations from the ideal applicant:
- Experience in an office management position
- Very precise, independent, and responsible work ethic
- Daily contact and independent communication with the company's clients
- High-level knowledge of Office and Excel
- Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 (with a 30-minute break)
- Quick adoption of the currently operating professional and transparent system
- Driving licence
Advantages:

Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable management
- Preparation, handling and filing of cash and transfer invoices and performance certificates
- Administrative tasks
- Receiving clients and guests
- Notifying clients by phone and email
- Handling outgoing and incoming mail
- Packaging of products
- Preparation of work processes and submission to production
- Logistics tasks
- Liaising with subcontractors
- Cash register management
- Other office assistant duties
