The team at Molino Kft. took part in a cheerful communications training session. During the all-day training, we got to know the different forms of communication and behavioural types, and were able to develop our problem-solving and collaborative skills. Through situational exercises and self-discovery, we learned how to effectively handle extreme cases and conflict situations. As a result of the tasks, we set new goals and developed new, more efficient workflow management practices. By the end of the coaching session, in addition to gaining valuable knowledge, we also got to know our colleagues — and ourselves — a little better. We are confident that the results of our new experience will be reflected in our customers' satisfaction.
