Our custom-made products are produced using sublimation printing. Sublimation printing is the digital transfer printing technology that delivers the highest possible quality for printing on synthetic textiles. Its essence is that sublimation dye turns into a gaseous state under heat and, during transfer, bonds with the fibres of the printed material. The advantage of this is that the printed design becomes exceptionally durable and vibrant in colour. Designs are applied directly onto the digitalised pattern pieces before cutting and sewing, making it possible to print across the entire surface of the fabric.

It is important to know that one of the basic requirements of sublimation printing is that the material to be printed must contain a minimum of 80% polyester. We currently use 10 different types of fabric, depending on the sport and the product. We recommend a specific fabric for each sport, but these can be changed upon request.
