- We strive to ensure uninterrupted production and can guarantee manufacturing lead times of 3–5 working days.
- We will notify you when your products are ready in the usual manner, by e-mail and mobile phone.
- We will continue to ensure the delivery of completed products.
- We kindly ask that if you wish to collect your product in person at our office, please only arrive for collection after receiving notification, at the previously agreed time — this is important for the safety of all of us.
- Payment for completed products is made in advance by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice.
- Our special opening hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00–15:00, Friday: 08:30–15:00.
