Our custom-manufactured products are made using sublimation printing. Sublimation printing is the digital transfer-printing technology that delivers the highest possible quality for printing on synthetic textiles. Its essence is that the sublimation ink turns into a gaseous state under heat and, during transfer, bonds into the fibres of the printed material. The advantage of this is that the printed pattern becomes extremely durable and vibrant in colour. Designs are applied directly to the digitised pattern pieces before cutting and sewing, so the entire surface of the fabric can be printed.

It is important to know that one of the basic requirements of sublimation printing is that the material to be printed must contain a minimum of 80% polyester. We currently use 10 types of fabric, depending on the sport and the product. We recommend a specific material for each sport, but these can be changed according to your needs.
